As we miss Wayno dearly, his legacy lives on within the walls of this unique food truck.
Curt is a native Californian who grew up in Long Beach and surfed the coastline from Mexico to Jalama Beach. He also travelled the world and brings elements of other lands into his local L.A. beachside cuisine. Chef Curt loves the ocean and adores the fruit of the sea, so he always has a supremely fresh "catch of the day" fish dish which compliments his wide ranging menu.

FOODISM TRUCK is a massive 35' rolling kitchen with 2 huge ovens, a large charbroiler, a flat-top grill, a double fryalator, a freezer and 7 super cold refridgerators. All of this food storage and cooking space gives this truck the ability to have such an extensive menu and also makes it ideal for catering movie sets, concert crews, or festival events as it can feed thousands in one shot! Our crew is very experienced, accommodating, and professional.
